Staff Schedules
Each team member manages their own weekly availability:
- Set working hours per day of the week
- Block off specific days (vacations, sick days, holidays)
- Set recurring breaks or lunch hours
Google Calendar Sync
Connect Google Calendar for two-way sync:
- PhotoFounder appointments appear on the photographer's Google Calendar.
- Google Calendar events block off availability in PhotoFounder.
- Changes in either system sync automatically.
Time Slot Calculation
When a client books, available time slots are calculated considering:
- Staff working hours and days off
- Existing appointments and buffer time
- Travel time between the last appointment and the new property
- Service duration
- Location and service area
