What Clients Can Do
- View appointments — see upcoming and past bookings with status, details, and photos
- Filter and search — filter by status, date range; customize visible columns
- Reschedule — move an appointment to a new date/time
- Cancel — cancel with a reason
- View payment details — see price breakdown, payment status, and invoice
- Download photos — access and download the completed gallery
- Rate service — leave a 1-5 star rating with optional comments
- Edit notes — update special instructions or property access details
Marketing Kit Access
Clients on the Business plan can access the Marketing Kit for each appointment:
- Generate and customize a property listing website
- Create social media video slideshows
- Download print-ready marketing materials
- Export proximity maps
Billing
Clients can view their subscription and payment information, invoice history with PDF downloads, and access the billing portal.
