If your business operates from multiple offices or studios, create a location for each one. Locations are linked to services and staff.
Service Areas
Define geographic zones where you operate:
- Radius-based — draw a circle around a point (e.g., "30 miles from downtown").
- Polygon-based — draw a custom boundary on the map.
- Travel fees — set per-mile fees for properties outside your core area but still within the service boundary.
- Assignment models — control how jobs in each area are assigned:
- *Employee only* — only your staff covers this area.
- *Employee priority* — your staff gets first dibs.
- *Hybrid* — flexible assignment based on availability.
